Wisconsin - Rupp Family

Sunday morning, October 26th, we packed up our room and headed to Wisconsin. From our hotel it was only about a 2 hour drive. The scenery was so beautiful. If it didn't so cold there, I could handle living there. Cheryl met us in a parking lot and we followed her to her house. She lives way out in the country on 3 acres, I think she said. It's a beautiful place. All the boys were off hunting, but Becca and her daughter Mikayla were there, so we visited for a little while. Then Cheryl's dad and step-mom came over and we all went to lunch and visited. Wow, does her dad look just like Hazel or what? Well, they are brother and sister. It was fun to get to meet them.
After a few hours of visiting, we headed back to Chicago O'Hare Airport for our flight home. The flight was supposed to leave at 8pm, but we didn't get out of there until 11, because of the weather. We were afraid for a little bit there that we would be staying in Chicago another night, but we were able to get home. It was a bumpy ride, but when we climbed into our own beds at 3am, it was nice to be home.
